First up was Finnish 5 piece Transworld Identity who played an 8 song set of AOR with Mila Bose's female vocal tones a perfect match to the keyboard led material.

I was fortunate to be at Brother Firetribe's October headline show in London and due to the fantastic crowd response they are back for a 3 date English tour before a recently added Glasgow show too.All this before guitarist Erno Vuorinen resumes his Nightwish duties.

For 80 minutes we had a career retrospective with a couple of welcome additions to the October show with Wildest Dreams a particular fan favourite.

Here is what they played.

Sunbound/Help Is On The Way
Indelible Heroes
One Single Breath
Heart Of The Matter
For Better Or For Worse
Shock
Runaways
Taste Of A Champion
Wildest Dreams
I'm On Fire
Big City Dream
Give Me Tonight
Heart Full Of Fire
Encore Of I Am Rock

With the upstairs room at The Garage rammed on a very steamy London Monday night this was a celebration of music with the smiles on stage as big as the smiles off it.

Pekka Ansio Heino on vocals has a wonderful melodic tone to his voice and is a great front man imploring the crowd to give everything they have.

Brother Firetribe songs demand audience participation with every chorus and most verses sang back with gusto and fist's raised to the skies.

Vuorinen's guitar solo's are picked perfectly with tone and precision and never a blur for the sake of it and never out stay their welcome. The whole band play their part with some great backing vocal's added to the mix.

The whole show was a highlight and my throat red raw from too much singing and Pekka informed us that a new album is being recorded with this being a week's UK holiday.

One of the best live band's on the planet.
